At an early age, children are discovering the universe surronding them. This wokshop is based on the different properties of light, in which youngsters learn to observe, to question themselves, and to formulate hypothesis and test it. Overall, this workshop teaches the children the scientific reasoning.

How to learn and keep an open-mind on difficult questions? How to create a self-confident attitude in children towards questioning? Hélios opens its door to science for elementary school students. Laser beam, ultraviolets, optical fibre and other luminous subjects are presented.

Hélios allows youngsters to develop an ability towards scientific reasoning and experiments. They will familiarize with some tools and adopt a safe attitude towards the manipulation of objects related to science.

Theme: Scientific reasoning and light properties (15 modules)

Capacity: 30 students / period ( 4 to 6 periode / day)

Duration of workshop: 45 to 60 mins. (possibility of 30 mins pre-school, depending of your school schedule).
